External Evaluation
We serve as external evaluators on grant funded projects. TRE has evaluated projects funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), US Department of Education (DOE), US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), US Department of Justice (DOJ), and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As external evaluators, we provide full-service program evaluation. We do all the work from creating customized data collection plans, collecting qualitative and quantitative data, and writing the reports that are submitted to the funder. We collect data using surveys, focus groups, observations, interviews, documents, and psychosocial assessments.
Our team has designed and executed formative and summative evaluations. Our evaluations answer questions about impact, processes, operations, and satisfaction. As external evaluators, we visualize your efforts and your impact by creating infographics, talking points, and visualizations for websites, social media, and reports.

Program & Department Evaluation
We evaluate university programs and departments. We will meet with your team to create a personalized evaluation plan aligned with your goals, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and will provide a report and recommendations. TRE has conducted the following program and department evaluations: effectiveness of student and faculty interventions, and department/campus climate.Our Data Managers offer an array of services including creating/identifying instruments (registration forms, surveys, interview protocols), managing the data collection, analyzing the data, and writing the report. TRE will then handle “all things data” to provide you with the tools, analysis, and reports you need. Our data managers free you up to do what you do best…serve your communities!
Grant Writing
