Evaluation

We provide full-service program evaluations. Program evaluations answer questions about impact, processes, operations and satisfaction with a program or service. We do all the work from creating customized data collection plans, collecting qualitative and quantitative data, and writing the report. We collect data using surveys, focus groups, pre-and-post tests, academic data, observations, interviews, documents, program records, observations, and psychosocial assessments. We create reports and visualizations for websites, social media, funders, and staff.

Program Design

We support schools, nonprofit organizations, and government entities who desire transformative evidence-based programs and interventions that promote change. Our expertise in youth, education, and public health is instrumental in our ability to identify programmatic components that will produce positive outcomes for the organization. We first work with organizations to identify the outcomes of interest. Next, we review the research literature to develop recommendations for programs and services that will positively impact those that you serve.

Grant Writing

We will identify appropriate performance measures and outcomes for your grant. We will also write the evaluation section which includes developing evaluation questions and identifying instruments to measure the impact of the program and services. We can also identify funding sources and providing recommendations for grants and program models to propose in a grant application. Our grant writing staff has served as primary authors of funded grants in excess of $1.5 million.
